- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with dr. golle for awhile. things were pretty good. But when i made an appointment for a physical and told them i had to have a physical due to getting a discount they denied i was there for a physical because at the time I was not feeling well. I specifically told her i had to have a physical due to getting the discount on my insurance and she said ok. if i had known she wasn't going to bill out the physical correctly i would have went to somewhere to get a quick physical-exam. now i am out of discount because she didn't do the billing correct and said for that day in her notes i didn't get a physical when i told them specifically i was there for a physical.November 05, 2017by Billie Vaughters
